I always enjoyed making candy glass more than eating actual candy. Boil sugar and corn syrup until 300-305F, pour it on parchment paper, mix flavour oil in. I had a recipe in a safe that got thrown out on me – because fuck my if I want to keep my precious objects – that had a candy flavor I invented. Society is just going to have to go without my invention because i’m not rich, though.
